They have also requested a meeting with the Secretary to discuss this issue in greater depth. 06/15/2009 Letter from Hilton ranch road community to ADOT concerning cooperating agency status with the FS. They were invited in July 2008, were supposed to respond by August 2008 and still had not responded. 07/9/2009 Hilton Road Community letter to ADOT outlining problems with the Traffic analysis study completed by Tetra Tec. Tetra Tech recently completed a traffic study for Rosemont to show that mine traffic will not adversely affect highway 83 traffic flow. This is a response to it sent to Greg Gentsch of the ADOT's Tucson district.
